The company is a leading provider of financial services and insurance in the US. It pushes innovations at every possible level, going far beyond the conventional scope of money guarantees. Our client sought a configurable solution - to automate the insurance process and optimize claims administration.
Challenge
To develop a client-facing mobile App for Android and iOS platforms
Insurance is probably the only sector where both a buyer and a seller hope there won't be a real need for them to contact one another. It is also one of the most sophisticated business activities, with a whole lot of internal processes remaining time-consuming and labor-intensive. Our client came with an idea to develop a mobile App that will be a personal assistant for a user, streamline claims submissions, and improve insurance accessibility for policyholders. The task was to design a platform that facilitates the insurance claims process. The company recognized a market opportunity, however, the execution needed some fine-tuning since the car insurance industry is overwhelmed with offers. To distinguish the App from others on the market, we've decided to focus on the UI/UX. Inmost took up the challenge to ensure the App will operate flawlessly and be as user-friendly as possible. We were to create a span-new and hi-tech product that would fit the company's business approach to car insurance.
